All About Emma and Sean’s Celebration
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, and to make sure everyone is settled, relaxed, and ready for the moment we say “I do,” we kindly ask all guests to arrive at St. Paul’s Bay by 3:30 PM. This gives plenty of time to find your seat, enjoy the views, and soak in the atmosphere before the celebrations begin.
After the ceremony, the celebrations continue in true Greek‑island style. We’ll be making our way from St Paul’s Bay to Kyma Beach Restaurant in Pefkos on a Champagne Cruise, complete with stunning views, sea breeze, and plenty of bubbles. It’s around an hour on the water — the perfect chance to relax, take in the scenery, and kick off the evening in style.
Once we arrive at Kyma, the night really begins: dinner, dancing, and celebrating under the warm Greek sunset. Expect great food, music, and the kind of memories we can’t wait to share with all of you.
Transport
To make sure everyone gets to the ceremony smoothly (and on time!), we’ll be arranging transport for guests staying in Pefkos and Lindos. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be collecting details of exactly where everyone is staying so we can set up the most convenient pick‑up points. More information will follow soon, but for now, just know that hopping on the bus will be the easiest option — with 80+ guests all trying to grab taxis at the same time, it could get a little chaotic. The coach will keep things simple, stress‑free, and make sure no one misses a moment of the day.
F.A.Q
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Please arrive at St Paul’s Bay by 3:30 PM. The ceremony starts promptly at 4:00 PM, and we want everyone seated, relaxed, and enjoying the views before the big moment.
How do we get to the ceremony?
We’re arranging wedding transport for guests staying in Pefkos and Lindos. We’ll be collecting details of where everyone is staying so we can set up convenient pick‑up points. More info will follow soon.
There are taxis available, but with 80+ guests all trying to get one at the same time, it could get a bit chaotic. The bus will be the easiest, smoothest option — and ensures no one misses the ceremony.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, we’ll be travelling from St Paul’s Bay to the reception at Kyma Beach Restaurant on a Champagne Cruise — the perfect way to kick off the celebrations with sunshine, sea views, and bubbles.
There will be two boats, and nearer the time we’ll let everyone know which boat they’ve been allocated to. It’s really important that guests board the correct one so we can keep everything running smoothly and make sure everyone arrives together.
If you’d prefer not to travel by boat, that’s absolutely fine — you can make your own way to Kyma instead.
What’s the dress code?
Dress comfortably for the weather, but please make sure your attire is appropriate for the occasion. Avoid wearing swimwear or flip-flops.
Can we take photos, and can we post them online?
We kindly ask that no photos or videos are taken during the ceremony — we’d love everyone to be fully present and enjoying the moment with us. Our photographer will capture everything beautifully, so you won’t miss a thing.
We also ask that no photos of the bride and groom are posted on social media until we’ve shared our own first. After that, feel free to post away — we can’t wait to see your favourite moments from the day.
What’s happening the next day?
The celebrations continue! Join us for a relaxed beach day at Pefkos Beach, followed by a Sunset BBQ at Lee Beach Restaurant from 6 PM, where we have exclusive use.
Guest Details Form
To help us get everything organised for the big day, we’ve put together a quick form for all our guests to complete. This will collect a few important details — including where you’re staying in Pefkos or Lindos, whether you’d like to join the Champagne Cruise, meal choices, and a couple of other essentials we need to make sure everything runs smoothly.
It only takes a minute, and it really helps us plan transport, seating, and all the fun bits in between. Please click below to fill it in — thank you so much, and we can’t wait to see you in Greece!
